| Preparation Tips | Pour one rice volume into 5 volumes of boiling salted water. Cook for 10-12 minutes covered and over medium heat. Finally, drain and enjoy. Brown 1 part of rice in a spoonful of oil or butter until the grains are translucent. Add 1.5 volumes of boiling salted water. Cover and cook over medium heat until the water is completely absorbed (about 11 minutes). |
